For meat to stay fresh and retain its natural freshness, taste, and flavor, it needs to be stored at a controlled temperature. Every meat cuts at our shop are stored at a controlled temperature between 0°c – 4°c to maintain its natural freshness and taste. Standard procedure is followed in cleaning, cutting, and storing the meat till it leaves for delivery and the delivery is made in a vacuum-sealed package.
