How to cook?

Pan cook
Step no 1. Heat a non-sticky pan on a medium flame

Step no 2. Place the Hariyali chicken Tikka on the surface of the pan and heat it on every side for 2 minutes each.A

Step no 3. Pour 75 ml or 1/3 cup of water in in the pan.C

Step no 4. Cook it with a lid covered for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Occasionally flip over the hariyali tikka so that it don’t burn out.

Step no 5. Than remove the lid and cook until water dried out.


Oven cook
Step no 1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Step no 2. Spread out the kebabs on a lightly greased baking tray and place it in the oven.

Step no 3. After 2-3 minutes, flip over the tikka and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
