Cancellations, return and refunds policy

After purchasing the products at if the customer have changed his/her mind and wants to cancel the order. he/she can do the same within 5 minutes after purchasing the product. The cancellation of the order can be done from my account page or from the email that you will received after successfully placing an order with After 5 minutes have passed by, we don’t entertain cancellations and the refunds will not be initiated if the payment is already been made online. For cash on delivery orders if the customer order and repeatedly cancel the order after the cancellation duration of 5 minutes. His/her account will be banned permanently and he/she will not be able to use our services infinitely.

Note- We process and pack all the orders after 5 minutes of receiving an order and once the product is processed and leaves our delivery hub we don’t allow the customer to cancel the order.

The customer will not be able to return the product. All products in the store are not returnable and the refund will also be not entertained for the same for both COD and prepaid orders.

If the orders is prepaid and the cancellation for the same has been done within 5 minutes of placing an order, then full refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Exception: For orders, that we are unable to deliver to the customer due to some unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refunds will be made to the customer’s original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
