How to cook?

Pan cook
1. Heat a non-sticky pan at medium flame and add 1 Tablespoon of Oil
2. Spread out the tandoori chicken on the surface of the pan and heat on all sides for 2 mins each.
3. Add a 1/3 cup of water (75ml) and cook it by covering a lid for 3-4mins.
4. Than Open the lid and cook the chicken till the water get dried
5. Occasionally flid the tandoori chicken so that it don’t get burn. Cook it till reddish-brown from every sides.
